In compliance with E-commerce regulations, Kolmar Global clearly defines the responsibilities of all parties involved in the logistics process as follows:

1. Responsibilities of Kolmar (The Merchant)

  • Provision of Documentation: Kolmar is responsible for ensuring that all shipped goods are accompanied by complete and valid documentation, including: VAT Invoices/Commercial Invoices, Delivery Notes, and product information leaflets.
  • Accuracy of Information: Ensuring that the information on the documents matches the actual products in the package.
  • Support for Re-issuance: In the event that documents are lost during transit, Kolmar is responsible for coordinating with the logistics provider to re-issue or provide electronic versions to the customer promptly.

2. Responsibilities of the Logistics Service Provider (J&T Express)

  • Preservation of Documents: The logistics provider is responsible for ensuring that all documents handed over by Kolmar (attached to the package or handed separately) remain intact and are not lost or damaged during the shipping process.
  • Handover to Customers: Ensuring that all accompanying documents are delivered directly to the recipient along with the goods.
  • Compliance Verification: Providing proof of delivery and confirmation that the documents were handed over as per the agreed-upon protocol.

3. Coordination Protocol

In case of a dispute, the primary evidence used for resolution will be the shipping waybill and the co-inspection report (if any) signed at the time of delivery.

Both parties shall coordinate closely to resolve any complaints regarding the loss or inaccuracy of product documentation.
