Goods inspection policy

To ensure maximum customer satisfaction and peace of mind, Kolmar Global applies a nationwide co-checking policy for all orders placed through our official website.

I. Definition of Co-checking

Co-checking allows you to inspect the package together with the J&T Express delivery person at the time of delivery.

II. Scope of Inspection

  • Permitted: Verify the quantity, product models (matching your order), included gifts (if any), and the external condition of the products (packaging is not dented or torn, labels are intact, and expiration dates are valid).
  • Not Permitted: Due to hygiene, safety, and the nature of health and beauty products, customers are not allowed to break the product seals (shrink wrap), test/use the product, or tear the manufacturer’s warranty seals during inspection.

III. Handling Discrepancies

If upon inspection you find that the products are defective, missing, or do not match the website description:

  • You have the right to refuse the delivery and are not required to make any payment.
  • Please take a photo or record a video of the package’s condition at that moment.
  • Contact Kolmar’s hotline immediately so we can work with the logistics provider to process a replacement or refund promptly.

IV. Important Notes

Once you have signed for the delivery and made payment without any noted discrepancies with the delivery personnel, Kolmar assumes the order was delivered correctly and in full. Any subsequent claims (due to manufacturing defects or warehouse errors) will be handled under our Return & Refund Policy.
