I. Delivery Scope

Kolmar supports delivery to all provinces and regions throughout Vietnam. Every order is packaged according to healthcare and beauty industry standards to ensure the highest product quality upon arrival.

II. Estimated Delivery Time

With our J&T Express API integration, estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout based on your location:

• Inner-city (Hanoi/HCMC): 1 – 2 business days.
• Other Provinces: 3 – 5 business days. Note: Delivery times exclude Sundays and public holidays.

III. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on J&T Express’s rate card, considering the order weight and geographical distance. The final fee will be clearly displayed on the checkout page before you confirm your order.

IV. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be updated in our system. You can:

• Check directly under “Order History” on our website.
• Track your package’s real-time journey on the official J&T Express website.

V. Responsibility for Goods

In case of unexpected issues (lost items or damaged packaging during transit), Kolmar commits to working with J&T Express to resolve the matter and resend new products to you as quickly as possible.

Kolmar and our logistics partner are responsible for providing all necessary shipping documents (invoices, delivery notes) during the delivery process.
